          By using BahariUpload, you agree to these terms. This service is provided by BahariHost for file transfer purposes only.
        

1. Service Description

BahariUpload is a temporary file transfer service operated by BahariHost. It allows users to upload files up to 1 GB and share a download link that remains active for 24 hours, after which the file and link are permanently deleted.

2. Eligibility & Access

This service is intended primarily for BahariHost clients. BahariHost reserves the right to restrict access at any time without notice. No account registration is required to use the service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload content that:

Is illegal under applicable law
Infringes any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights
Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
Constitutes spam, phishing, or fraudulent material
Violates the privacy or rights of any third party

Uploading illegal content may result in immediate removal and reporting to relevant authorities.

4. File Limits

Maximum file size: 1 GB per upload
Maximum link lifetime: 24 hours
Download count: unlimited within the expiry period

5. No Guarantee of Availability

BahariUpload is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, data retention beyond the stated expiry, or availability at any specific time. Do not rely on this service as your only copy of important files.

6. Data & Privacy

Your use of this service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the files you upload. By uploading, you grant BahariHost the limited right to store and serve the file for the purpose of operating the service during the expiry period.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BahariHost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this service, including but not limited to loss of data, lost profits, or service interruption.

9. Modifications

BahariHost may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to BahariHost's place of business. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable jurisdiction.
